20 Egyptians who live in Romania protested on Thursday afternoon outside their embassy in Bucharest, the Romanian capital. They rallied in support of their co-nationals in Cairo and of the “revolution for democracy”, according to Agerpres. They waved signs and shouted slogans against president Hosni Mubarak, asking him to step down from power. They also expressed hope that the military would not use force against the protesters, thus turning the protests into a bloodbath. “Down with Mubarak!”, “Mubarak the murderer”, “Change the constitution” and “No violence” were the slogans of the Egyptians in Bucharest. The rally ended with no incidents.
